Le papillon sur la photo est un Moro-Sphinx ou Macroglossum stellatarum un papillon migrateur que l’on rencontre dans une grande partie de l’Eurasie et de l’Afrique du Nord. Ici la photo a été prise en Crète (Grèce). Ce papillon est difficile a photographié. Il butine le nectar des fleurs avec une grande trompe en vol stationnaire comme les colibris.

The butterfly in this photo is a Humming-bird Hawk-moth or Macroglossum stellatarum a migratory butterfly that is found in much of Eurasia and North Africa. Here the photo was taken in Crete (Greece). This butterfly is difficult to photograph. It gathers nectar from flowers with a large proboscis in hovering flight like hummingbirds.
