?? What is the link between towls and this butterfly?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Caligo<\/em> butterflies are called owl butterflies. The large eyespots on their hind wings look like the eyes of an owl. These butterflies are mainly found in tropical forests of Central and South America. This butterfly was photographed in the forest of Iguaz\u00fa National Park in Argentina.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All of the association’s observations are saved into a naturalist database<\/a>. This database includes 9,593 observations including 579 plant and animal species in the municipality of Saint-Aubin de M\u00e9doc, in France and in the World.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
