Mallard<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;observation des plantes en laboratoire permet d&rsquo;observer l&rsquo;\u00e9volution des ouvertures et fermetures des feuilles en fonction du rythme de la lumi\u00e8re artificielle simulant le lever et coucher du soleil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<div class=\"llorix-one-lite-video-container\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Les plantes en mouvement [Time-lapse Jour-nuit]\" width=\"730\" height=\"411\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/J8mvyEEVMvo?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exp\u00e9rience 2 : Elevage des fourmis <em>Lasius niger<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les sp\u00e9cimens de <em>Lasius niger <\/em>proviennent d&rsquo;\u00e9levage de <a href=\"https:\/\/anthouse.es\/fr\/\">AntHouse.es <\/a>qui collabore avec de nombreuses institutions publiques telles que les \u00e9coles, les coll\u00e8ges, les associations \u00e0 but non lucratif, pour faire d\u00e9couvrir aux plus petits l&rsquo;univers des fourmis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9levage commence en janvier 2021 par la r\u00e9ception de la reine et des premi\u00e8res ouvri\u00e8res dans un tube avec de l&rsquo;eau et du coton. L&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 est indispensable pour la reine, les \u0153ufs, les larves et les cocons qui sont particuli\u00e8rement sensibles. Sans humidit\u00e9, ils peuvent mourir rapidement au bout d&rsquo;un ou deux jours. Mallard<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Le tube a \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9 dans un bac avec au bord une bande de t\u00e9flon et d&rsquo;huile min\u00e9rale. Ces produits sont des anti-\u00e9vasions tr\u00e8s efficaces. Le tube est entour\u00e9 de papier aluminium afin de cr\u00e9er un endroit sombre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;alimentation dispos\u00e9e dans le bac \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur de la chambre de la reine. Elle est constitu\u00e9e de gouttes d&rsquo;eau, de l&rsquo;eau sucr\u00e9e, de miel et du sirop prot\u00e9in\u00e9 m\u00e9lang\u00e9 \u00e0 de l&rsquo;eau sucr\u00e9e. Au niveau des parois du laboratoire, une galerie est cr\u00e9\u00e9e pour essayer d&rsquo;orienter les fourmis \u00e0 d\u00e9placer la fourmili\u00e8re \u00e0 cet endroit. Dans un premier temps, elles transportent des \u00e9l\u00e9ments du sol dans le tube pour am\u00e9liorer leur fourmili\u00e8re existante.
